I learned to teach effortless meditation in the mid-70’s and have practiced nearly 50 years. I’ve also completed graduate studies in the Vedic canon, supporting the unfolding awakening here. And I’m certified as a Trauma-informed Coach.
For over 15 years, I’ve been informally supporting people with their spiritual development. Malika and others have urged me to more formally offer coaching as a service.
This can include:
– answering deeper questions about your experience
– discussing experiences
– supporting shifts in consciousness or stages
– reviewing practices
– sitting with the awake
Note: I am not a counselor or therapist. This service is for those on a spiritual path seeking some support for their journey, not for therapy.
