Eva’s Stages

Eva’s Stages

Healer Eva Müller posted an article talking about the stages of enlightenment, as reflected in her own journey. It’s a bit different from the model I use, but much of this is common variations in the process.

She talks about ParaBrahman as more like an embodied stage of Brahman, when we come back down into creation. (Nirguna adds saguna (with qualities) back) However, in our discussions, it’s clear ParaBrahman has revealed itself there. My writing has focused on the shifts themselves, but as CC Leigh’s work has emphasized, the shifts are just the beginning. Embodying them in daily life takes time.

In the associated video, Eva discusses the Unity to Brahman shift, getting “stuck” in Brahman, and making the “choice” to continue into ParaBrahman.

This is an interesting perspective. I didn’t experience it as a choice there, but did for the Brahman shift. However, there was certainly an ongoing intention to continue. And I have seen people stall when they thought they were done or didn’t know there was more.

She mentions “the individual falls away with that [Brahman] shift.” With the Brahman shift, we transcend the cosmic Self or Atman. So the sense of Self falls away. However, the core or existential identity in the gut may also be shed at this point – this is likely what she’s referring to. It varies when that happens.

She doesn’t mention the Refined Brahman stage, but this isn’t unusual. The Divine qualities of Refined Brahman are very subtle. Brahman and ParaBrahman are far more prominent shifts.

A few details she mentions are not specific to these shifts but may happen earlier or later. Like the “individual” falling away, mentioned above.

The information that became available she mentioned was because of the intelligence quality (devata) within consciousness becoming lively. That may come online during Refined Unity or further along.

It’s always enjoyable to hear another perspective with a similar model.

Update: Soon after, Eva had a conversation with Colette Davie on Brahman and healing, then they did a healing together. Wow! Very worth experiencing.
Update 2: Eva interviewed me today. That will go up here on the blog around the 18th.

    Hi David!

Gareth had a conversation with Triona Sheeran recently and also described pure divinity as the coming back into creation after the “nothingness” of Brahman.

I experienced pure divinity as first distinct from awareness and pure divinity even disolving pure awareness to show me that it is the true source. Then tue impulse to “come back into creation” as divinity.

I like your modell more because to me it is not only the coming back part… but certainly we can deepen our understanding from different unfoldings.

    Love

    1. Yes, I suspect Eva picked this interpretation up from Gareth. I can see it happening that way, but I suspect it’s more likely the embodiment of Brahman, as mentioned.

Yes, pure Divinity it on its own “level.” Source of the source, aka true source.

Eva and I recorded a conversation about the stages this morning that will be up soon. In there, she mentions her experience of how Divinity gave her an upgrade. Pretty fascinating.

    Hello David,

Thank you very much for creating this blog post and sharing the video. It is very interesting what you wrote and your conclusions from that. I might try to use more specific language to describe certain experiences/shifts so that they can be more clearly distinguished. So thank you very much for the more precise analysis, I really appreciate it!

Sending you lots of love from Austria,
    Eva 🙂

    1. Hi Eva
As I noted, you described your process. And you used a lot of terminology we share, so it was very understandable. Everyone’s process is a bit different, making some parts less relevant to some. I guess it depends on your goal – to describe your process or to describe the underlying process and variations – that takes way more detail. 🙂

      Love to you too.

    1. Amazing is right, Eva! If someone had asked me if this was possible, I would have said no. It is Brahman that knows Brahman so it’s not possible to know until we are it. However, the difference here is your transmission. You are That, so it can be shared. I’ve seen this done with awake consciousness before, but not Brahman.

I was curious for myself. The cocoon tickled my nose and seems to have triggered some purification there. I’d call it a distinct flavour of Brahman, quite different from my initial shift. There’s more of an aliveness to it than pure alertness. Edge of consciousness. But certainly a more comfortable flavour.

      Thanks for the “experience.”

        Hi David!

It certainly is possible to move to Brahman and pure divinity by a guided meditation when there is a powerful enough transmission and i guess a certain receptivity.

It was a guided meditation from Andrew Hewson that moved me over the “edges” of awareness through Brahman into pure divinity.
Although pure divinity took over here before it was much deeper and more “complete” with Andrews transmissions.

There should be more recorded pure divinity transmissions.

        Love
        Michael

        1. Ah interesting, Michael.
An ability to receive, yes. Here, PD developed in increments until it started to flow in to the physiology.

But I agree. Eva and I recorded a talk on higher stages, partly to address this vacuum. It’s one thing to embody a stage. The ability to transmit it is a whole other level.

        Hey David!

So cool that you did the meditation yourself! I’m so glad you liked it! And thank you very much for sharing your experience with it! So interesting! I think the aliveness is there to give the human a more enjoyable experience of Brahman. I guide people into all sorts of experiences through my work so they can see how it feels and not be concerned or fearful about it. The energy I work with also looks after the human—it wants the human aspect to be fully on board and enjoy the ride 🙂

        1. Yes, Eva, I was curious if I’d notice anything as it was already here. I’m also careful about allowing links on the website.

Agreed. Not much to experience without some liveliness. (laughs) And it’s a great idea. I know some teachers avoid talking about Brahman as it can sound scary.

And yes, it’s the human that will embody and live the experience, so you want it on board. 🙂 Thanks again.

Thank you, David. This post helped clear up a lot of confusion and doubts here. What you’re writing about is something else I’ve had “knowings” about but I didn’t mention it in our correspondence since it’s so far from my own experience. Anyway, a good reminder to trust the wisdom coming from that deeper place 🙂

    1. Hi Emily
Yes, it takes time to learn to trust that inner knowing. Especially when it’s not the mind that learnt it. But it’s one of the features that arises post-awakening. The intellect can shift from being pulled around by the mind to the stability of being. It becomes resolute. And then our inner knowing becomes much deeper and more reliable.

Of course, we still want to cross-reference everything so we don’t get self-deluded. We remain human and are still subject to our preconceptions that have not been reviewed. 🙂
