Raise Your Vibration

Raise Your Vibration

Next ElevationsIn the article “What It Really Means to Raise Your Vibration” by Eva Müller, she explores the distinction between the temporary favouring of what feels good and an ongoing shift in your energy state. This is what I call raising sattva energetically. (Sattva works on multiple levels.)

She also explores the results and the how.

When people talk about “raising your vibration,” they often think of activities that make them feel happy—like listening to uplifting music, spending time in nature, or practicing gratitude. And while those things can help, true vibrational shifts go much deeper.

Raising your vibration isn’t just about temporary highs or positive emotions. It’s about fundamentally changing the frequency at which you operate—shifting your entire energetic blueprint so that you naturally live in a higher state of being.

She also has great transmission in her Thursday free group sessions, open to everyone. This is also very beneficial for the collective consciousness. Thanks, David.

I’ve been silently reciting Sanskrit mantras whenever I feel disregulated. They help to regulate in the moment and also culture the nervous system more permanently. I’m taking a course about this practice with an organization called Big Shakti.

    1. Nice. Always good to have ways of regulating, of restoring calm.
Just a general caveat to be sure you’re using a suitable mantra(s) so that you’re not culturing unintended effects. Shakti mantras are generally most appropriate. Frawley’s book Mantra Yoga discusses suitable ones. True Tantra has this orientation as well.

Don’t know Big Shakti but their name implies the orientation. 🙂

I have Frawley’s book and have used it. Have also discussed with Swami Shankardev who, with his wife, is the founder of Big Shakti. He also has a PhD as a Western counseling psychologist. Very much looking forward to their Mantra Therapy course.

PS: As I explained to Swami Shakardev of Big Shakti, I’m using these mantras with eyes open especially when I’m triggered. For example, if I feel social anxiety arising, I silently recite Sahanav avatu…

If I’m confused by conflicting news stories, I silently recite:
Satyam eva jayate, Truth alone triumphs.

Nice article, I’ve always liked Eva. I just subscribed to her Next Elevations service and got the energy transmission thing going on. I had some resistance to getting this although my intuition said that this would be beneficial to me. On the level of mind I was a bit stuck on thinking that I don’t want to be reliant on this sort of stuff for spiritual progress. Anyway, now that I got over that and have the transmission running 24/7, it feels great to know there’s something that helps me get forward. I’ve been on a plateau for quite a long time so I hope this will give me a push.
