We are emanations of the Divine
We are uncreated
We are one
We are consciousness
We are cosmic, even the body
We are love
We are eternal
We are the universe
We are joy
We are a collective
We are mental, emotional, and physical beings
We are all of these, together
We are in this together.
Being in a human form is surprisingly profound. We’re bringing the infinite into a point so we can experience a distinct perspective of the whole, first-hand. This is our fundamental purpose, to experience our lives fully. This capacity is something of a miracle that is not present in other creations. It brings infinite potential to life through a finite form. This is a profound way to know who we are.

Worth mentioning that in a typical process, we gradually open to each of these. At first, they’re like separate spaces/ places. But in time, we deepen and become more inclusive. They become more concurrent. And then we become the container of all of it, so it’s all simultaneous and universally present.
Thank you, David <3

Mark Twain famously said, “I didn’t have time to write a short letter, so I wrote a long one instead.” Clearly, this short essay flowed effortlessly – and it took lifetimes to write, with a few stops and starts. ❤️ 🙂
True on all counts, John. 🙏
John: At the risk of being perceived a bit “off topic”: I have heard quotes from Mark Twain before and he certainly was an interesting person. As far as I remembered (and ChatGPT agreed on this), it was Blaise Pascal who wrote “Je n’ai fait celle-ci plus longue que parce que je n’ai pas eu le loisir de la faire plus courte.” or “I only made this one longer because I didn’t have the leisure (i.e. time) to make it shorter.” in the 16th letter in Les Provinciales (1656-1657). Besides that I fully agree that your comment is to the point!
Peut-être que Mark Twain était Blaise Pascal dans une autre vie! (Maybe Mark Twain was Blaise Pascal in another life!) 🙂
I love this!
🙏
This is excellent. I didn’t see it that way. Thanks for pointing it out. It feels an AHA! moment for me.
Wonderful, Lynette
Hi David
This blogpost is so profound!
But why is our creation the only one with this capacity and purpose?
And what is the purpose of other creations?
Hi Bojan
Most other creations (I don’t mean universes – our creation contains many universes) that I’m aware of are much simpler. Like I understood time more deeply in a creation where a single being arises and gradually dissolves in joy. There are others too foreign to comprehend. But ours is the most complex. It is so to know itself in infinite variety.
Hey David,
really love this post! Thank you David! 🙂

This has the same rhythm as the Apostoles Creed of Christianity.
🙂
Thanks, Blanche. There was no attempt at rhythm. It just flowed out.
