Our culture often focuses on money or material things. Many are in a fear of survival or having enough. But we can’t take any of the content of our life with us.
What lasts is what we give to the whole, the love and wisdom we’ve shared, and our life itself.
Your life force is the source of love, of understanding, and what drives this body. Thus, it is our greatest resource.
What do you do with it? With your time and attention? What do we serve? Our fears? Or do we serve the whole? What do we contribute?
A good life is one well-lived and shared. Joy, love, and wisdom can grow in sharing.

Hi David!
Several articles about dying, death etc.
Are you dropping your body soon?

Hi Michael
This article is about life, a fully lived life. The Rumi quote was just a nice one. So no, no plan to drop the body. In fact, I’m training for a new career. 🙂
Ah great to hear!!
May i ask what new career?
Well – what form this will take, I do not know. But I’m now practicing somatic therapy on fellow students. The push there has continued. We’ll see where it leads…
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
Funny how we as a species have been thrashing about, when it’s not really that complicated. Lives well lived, and joy and love shared.
Yes, it is simple, Eira. But because of our histories of unresolved experiences, we get in the way of ourselves and suffer at our own hand. When we can step out of our self-created dramas, things become so much simpler and enjoyable. 🙂
