Getting off the Horses

During the second part of the Sofia panel discussion, David Ellzey surprised us with a snippet of spontaneous and surprisingly expressive mime.

In the video linked below,  he speaks about letting go of our stories, the noisy horses of our mind. Really enjoyed this. (sorry – settings block posting the video here)

    I found this to be an interesting video. I also find that as consciousness refines through this form that I identify less and less with the wild horses (mind). If I do go for a ride it is a very short one.

    Yes, David brings unique skills to his explanations. Also, that if you do go for a ride, it is more and more a choice if you want to. And when you get off.
