Thank you for this. I like to collect statistics on positive change in the world, to counter-balance the “bad” news we are so often served.
Yes, the ego likes to hear what is wrong to make itself right. The media caters to that. That can give a mighty poor perspective on the world. I see a lot of good news, but one has to pay attention to see it in our culture.
