Existence is

However, she preceded that paragraph with this:
“Did you know that if your life was not changing, you would not exist?”

This assumes we are our form, our life. Existence is not made of energy, so continues to be, even when you are still. Indeed, existence is in stillness, just as life is in motion. It would be more accurate to say “Did you know that if your life was not changing, it would cease?” Death may seem the end of existence but it is not. It is simply the marker for yet another change in form.
