Commenting Tips

featherFor feedback and questions about an article, please use the Comment form. We moderate all comments. We’re not going to approve advertising or promotions, random unrelated comments, or something only quoting others. We’re interested in what you have to say about the article. You can also express your feelings with the Stars rating at the bottom of articles. For personal or unrelated questions, please use the Contact form.

When we reply to your comment or question, we will generally reply to all readers, not just yourself.

We maintain a Privacy Policy for any information you provide.

In order for the comment form on this website to work properly, it has to keep track of you. As is standard practice for websites, the form uses a small text file called a cookie. Due to EU privacy regulations, WordPress now asks your permission to accept this cookie.

When you comment, if you are not logged in to WordPress somewhere, you’ll see a Save checkbox. Please tick the box “Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.”

This will:
– help fill in the comment form for you next time
– show you that your comment is awaiting moderation
– allow you to edit your comment for up to 5 minutes

If you don’t check the box, you can still comment but after you click “Post Comment” it won’t be able to acknowledge you commented and you won’t be able to edit it.

Also, if you take your time writing a comment, your server connection can time out. Then when you hit Post, the comment may be lost. If you have taken awhile, select your comment and Copy it. Then click Post. Then if the connection fails, you can paste your writing into the comment box again and hit Post.

We reserve the right to edit or delete comments.
