I’ve mentioned before how we’re a blend of bloodline and past lives. The Vedas call this Shadbhava or 6 houses, 3 of each. Our body is tuned by the blended DNA of our parents composition, roughly half and half. Our parents’ DNA comes down through a long line of adaptations. The Y-chromosome carries the male line, and the mitochondria carries the matrilineal DNA. Our cells contain the learning of many, many generations. Troublesome Themes

Many people I know on a spiritual path have discovered a recurring theme in their life. They may even discover it goes back thousands of years. They find ongoing reason to feel angry or abandoned or guilty or unheard or similar. The odd thing is, this comes from a story that’s driven by unresolved trauma going back to an ancient fall in consciousness. We’re finally in a time where that story can be seen and released. Memory Barriers

In another discussion, the subject of memory barriers came up. We’ve all experienced these, like when we block an unpleasant past experience from recall. That illustrates an important detail. These barriers are energetic, what we experience as emotional. And that is simply because memory itself is energetic, stored “in the cloud” or field. If we close an energetic door, that quality can’t flow and can’t come “to mind”. No memories are ever erased but we can lose easy access to them. Karma and the Gunas
