Leap!

Leap!

Take the Leap or stay asleep. Leap! is the name of a new film that opened in December to mostly spiritual venues. The filmmakers explore the idea that the world is an illusion, that your life is a dream. Time to leap into reality.

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.

In the film, they talk with many, including people seen in prior films like What the Bleep, The Secret, Living Luminaries, and One. Robert Scheinfeld (Busting Loose), Dan Millman (Peaceful Warrior), Peter Russel (From Science to God), Joe Vitale (The Secret), Gary Renard (Disappearance of the Universe), and many more.

The list of speakers here also includes links to a whack of YouTube Video clips.

Another interesting detail:
“Leap! is designed like a software program. We’ll update it periodically, with small “tweaks” and within a year, we’ll also, release a Version 2.0 with new people added into Leap!. The original version will be put to rest by the start of 2010.”

They’re shipping “version 2” already.
Looking forward to seeing it.

Thanks for the Leap Post. I needed that reminder that it’s all a game. Including the Wall Street game! Wall street takes their experience and your money and turns it into your experience and their money. And it’s all an illusion!

    Hi Shelora!
Welcome and you’re welcome. (laughs) Yes, they play it like a game.

You’d enjoy Robert’s book Busting Loose where he explains the Phase II bit. He brings quite a unique approach to it. Several awake people I know recommend it too.

I’d also say it’s an illusion but it’s an intentional illusion. We’re creating it. We just need to learn to step back enough to ensure the we that’s creating is the voice we want calling the shots. 😉

Just an update. I’ve seen the film twice now – in a large group and this evening with friends. Similar to the What the Bleep film, it can be quite polarizing. People love it or hate it.

Several people argued that it was just another belief system and not a very good one at that, missing the deeper message that there was something better. It was not a belief or denial but a seeing through.

The basic message of the film is that the world is an illusion and there’s a deeper reality under it. But as this illusion threatens not only our story about the world, but our story about the me, our identity, it can be difficult for many.

The film holds that there is a right answer rather than understanding that there are a series of truths that result from changes in consciousness and thus perception.

This world-as-illusion is a very real experience – not a belief. It’s our sense of reality crumbling to perception of something deeper, behind it. But this is a transitional phase while we release the grip of the story and step into the deeper reality. As that process completes, the deeper reality then moves back to include the world, now no longer an illusion but seen quite differently.

I have Mr. Robert Scheinfeld’s “Busting Loose from the Money Game” book. I love to read his contribution to our business world. He is a man with an excellent mind. As far as his works are concerned, he just recently released a new book called “Busting Loose From The Business Game.” It takes the topic of discussion into a very different place, especially as it relates to money, business and career. Yes, I’ve read his first book as well. Picked it up after 2 people who are awake recommended it. He brings the abstract ideas of divinity down to the practical level in easy language.
